I will stay in the bedroom from time to time with my partner but will continue to use the workshop during the day/evenings/weekends.
The bathroom, kitchen and lounge will be shared. Access to the workshop will be out of bounds.. Access to the garden may be restricted at times. If required, you could use the outdoor utility/office.
My home is close to the town centre with access to supermarket, several bars and coffee shops.
