Cosy Room Available in Lovely Bungalow

My partner and I have a single room available in our cosy, yet spacious, relaxing 2 bed detached bungalow, roughly a 10 minute walk away from Salfords train station, and close to various bus stops. There are numerous amenities within walking distance, including a convenience store, pub, etc, and we're a short drive away from Redhill, Reigate, and Horley towns.

You will also have access to a shared bathroom with a bath/shower, shared living room, kitchen, dining room, large garden, and roomy gravel driveway. Most of the home has been recently decorated, and we'd be happy for you to paint your bedroom walls in a colour of your choice-it's currently neutral, with whitewashed wooden floor, and huge built-in mirrored wardrobes. The room doesn't currently have a bed, but we will sort that out if you would like.

We have 2 lovely resident dogs, a rabbit, and we will be looking after a small number of well behaved dogs during the weekday daytimes, and occasionally overnights and weekends, so being a dog lover is a must! We couldn't really accommodate a tenant with a dog or cat, but may be able to consider small pets who could live in our rabbit's section of the garden.

The current household is vegan (other than the dogs!), so we would prefer a vegetarian or vegan ideally. We'd like someone who might enjoy socialising, perhaps sharing meals, watching a film, playing a board game, etc. We'd appreciate if the tenant could assist with keeping the home clean and tidy, and perhaps help a little with garden maintenance.
