Free on street parking. easy access to Sanderstead and Purley Oaks train stations, about a 7 minute walk with frequent trains to London Victoria, London Bridge. Approx 25 mins travel time.

No couples or children will be considered. Double room has wardrobe, chest of drawers, and brand new double bed. The room backs onto the garden , quiet location. Pretty laid back owner living here. Professional, employed person is essential. WIFI and all utility bills included. £575 per month.
