It is also 20 minutes on the Purley Oaks train to London Bridge and 15 minutes from Sanderstead Station to Victoria.
It is also very close to the buses which is 6 minutes' walk from the house to the Brighton Road bus stop. There are local shops,
Station Cafe, takeaway restaurant and amenities around the corner from the house. Restaurants, gym and churches very close by.
There are two lovely parks about an 8-minute walk from where I live.
The person whom I am looking to let the room to must be genuinely friendly, honest, reliable, adaptable, clean and tidy and must be able to pay the rent on time.
