A lovely large double room, which is at the back of the house overlooking a large garden.

There is a wash basin in the room, two fitted wardrobes, double bed, chair and a dressing table. It is also carpeted.

There is a good size kitchen, dining room, utility room, 2 toilets and a bathroom and large garden.

There are two train stations close by - 2 minutes walk to Purley Oaks and 6 minutes to Sanderstead. The house is about 30 minutes drive to Gatwick Airport and approximately 65 minutes to Heathrow Airport. It is also 20 minutes on the Purley Oaks train to London Bridge and 15 minutes from Sanderstead Station to Victoria.

It is also very close to the buses which is 6 minutes' walk from the house to the Brighton Road bus stop. There are local shops,
Station Cafe, takeaway restaurant and amenities around the corner from the house. Restaurants, gym and churches very close by.

There are two lovely parks about an 8-minute walk from where I live.

The person whom I am looking to let the room to must be genuinely friendly, honest, reliable, adaptable, clean and tidy and must be able to pay the rent on time.

You must be able to communicate very well with myself and others.
