A lovely, furnished, double attic spare room available for rent in Sanderstead, South Croydon.

Located 5-10 minutes walk from both Sanderstead and Purley Oaks stations (both Zone 6) it is an easy commute to the centre of London which is around 25-30 minute journey. Trains go direct to Victoria and London Bridge. There is also free street parking and a short drive to the M25.

This room would be ideal for a commuter who lives further away but works in London during the week and therefore needs a base to commute from within zones 1 to 6.

We are looking for a professional tenant, who enjoys coming home to a calm and peaceful house in the week day evenings.

The room is very peaceful and private as it is at the top of the house and has a brand new mattress and a seating area.

We are a creative couple who work in the design industry. We enjoy relaxing in the busy weekday evenings and spend our time socialising at the weekend. We also own a friendly small cat.
