This furnished, self-contained cottage is situated in our large garden and has been newly redecorated throughout. It is suitable for a single professional person. Non-smokers only.

The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, large fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob and tiled flooring.
The bright and airy lounge comes with a sofa, coffee table and TV stand and extends into a bay window which has a separate table and chairs for dining or home working. French doors lead into the garden.

The spacious, carpeted bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and overlooks the garden.

The tiled bathroom has an Aqualisa power shower above the bath, radiator and an electric towel rail and an airing cupboard.

Off-street parking for one car.

All bills included: Council Tax, water rates, gas/electricity and WiFi/broadband.

Monday-Friday lets are for a minimum of 5 days and up to 2 weeks, at a rate of £90/day.

Short term lets are for between 2 weeks up to 3 months, at a rate of £500/week.

This lovely cottage is in a sought-after location and managed by a caring and professional landlord with 30 years’ experience. Because the landlord lives on site with his wife and family, the tenant needs to understand the need to be respectful and keep noise to a minimum.
