The double room has a new oak double bed with ottoman under bed storage. It comes with a brand new large IKEA PAX double wardrobe with mirror sliding doors and plenty of storage as well as a bed side table.

This property has Wifi connectivity and communal TV's in the living room and dining room.

The house is located approximately 5 minute walk to Purley Oaks station and 10 minute walk to Sanderstead Station. Purley Oaks and Sanderstead take you to London Bridge, Victoria and London Blackfriars within 20 minutes. Plus there is a bus stop down the road with busses running every 10 minutes throughout the day to take you directly to East Croydon and Purley train stations in a 10 minute journey. East Croydon and Purley stations have excellent transport linkings taking you all over London within 10-20minutes.
