Newly refurbished double room south croydon

Newly decorated double room.

I am the live in landlord of the property.

I am a fairly laid back owner, however, take care to keep the space comfortable and clean.

I am out regularly in the evenings during the week and weekends are a mixture of chilled weekends at home and weekends out with friends and family.

The room is a spacious double, I have recently refurbished, this includes newly painted walls and a new carpet. The room has a large chest of draws, under bed storage and a clothes rail. There is loft space should you have any other items that need storing.

The bathroom (shower only) is shared, as is the galley kitchen (with large American fridge freezer and coffee machine), dining room and living room. The property also has a garden to the rear and although not looking the best at this time of year I love nothing more than a bbq with friends in the summer months.

Street parking is free on the road, however, it is hit or miss if you get a space directly outside, I do have to park further up the road every now and then but never more than a few mins walk.

There are local shops within walking distance, central Croydon is just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute bus ride away. Buses on the main road are very regular.

South croydon is less than 15 mins walk away. Goes to London Bridge and Gatwick. East Croydon, West Croydon and Purley Stations (10min bus journey) all have regular services into central London - Victoria, Clapham Junction and London Bridge.
