Lovely veggie/vegan houshold looking for another p

Three vegans who have been living in a 4-bedroom house in leafy South Croydon, have a double room available.
At the moment, our (mostly live-out) landlady is only looking for non-smokers, cats are fine but no dogs, and only for vegans or vegetarians willing to eat vegan at home, so please only apply if that's you. :) The room is bills included (council tax, energy, broadband), at £700.

There are buses to East Croydon Station every 10 minutes just a couple minutes walk away, with South Croydon station being a 15ish minute walk as well. There's also a large beautiful woodland only five minutes away.

You'd be living with Chris who likes to nurture birds back to health and feed the local wildlife, Heather and Katherine as well as Pickle, a young, hyper-active cat who loves you very much when she needs food in her belly as well as Ember, who is a little tiger and super friendly.

One person is leaving so dates can be flexible starting at the end of the month.

UPDATE: I've had a lot of messages from non-veggies - if you are interested in one of our rooms, please do mention in your message that you are vegan (or vegetarian willing to eat vegan at home) so I know you read this. :)
