New housemate needed from September in a quiet, peaceful and friendly house in South Croydon. Looking for a housemate and friend, I love to have a chat in the evenings or a deep conversation and a wine together, but I will respect your space and hope you will respect mine. Must be an animal lover due to two well trained house bunnies Brian and Parsnip, be clean, tidy and respectful of the property, be happy to share weekly household chores and be ok with me home working downstairs 3x a week! Shared kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. Current household we are two friends but she is moving out to live with her boyfriend. Currently working on making the garden nice so if you're into gardening that is a plus. The road is pretty quiet family homes so mad parties are a big no - but chilled respectful ones are fine! Rent itself is £675 and total bills make full rent up to approx £875, council tax band is C - you can pay me directly or put your name onto half the bills and we can share it. Cannot guarantee re any rent increases during your time - we have only had one increase back in November last year and it was very reasonable. Females only please, must be able to give good impression to our current landlady as she will want to meet potential new tenant! Landlady and her husband are very helpful and do respond quickly to issues, we are very lucky. If you can move in sooner don't hesitate to ask as it can be a little bit flexible but need at least 4 months notice. Please message if you think you fit the bill :)
