Cat-loving lodger for spacious, sunny room in South Croydon. I’m looking for a female housemate to come join me in lovely Victorian terrace with big garden and two resident cats!

- Upstairs bathroom with rainfall shower head and newly installed hand shower (not in pictures) plus roll top bath 🛁
- Outbuilding with electricity - potential to do more with space, was previously used as wfh office and then as a home gym 💪
- Wood flooring, fireplaces and original sash windows throughout property 😍
- Spare room on second floor to be shared as study/second reception/guest bedroom
- Outdoor pizza oven! 🍕

- My name is Jessica, I’m 29 years old and work in financial services regulation. I’ve lived in London for 12 years, and owned this house for 2 ☺️

- Plenty of buses to East Croydon station for more train services (10min bus)
- Handy corner shop on the street, Sainsbury’s local 10min walk
- Lots of fun local restaurants, cafes and pubs for takeaways or a night out - my fave is the Crown and Sceptre which is 10mins away and does great pizza and pints! 🍻
