Lovely attic room in spacious Victorian house

We are a friendly household, consisting of myself and one other lodger who has been living here for several months.
I am a classical musician (violin, piano and organ) and practise and teach at home. We are about 7 minutes' walk from South Croydon train station and on numerous bus routes, and there are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Facilities include use of the kitchen, washing machine and dryer, and a garden at the back of the property, and there are 2 bathrooms shared between the 3 of us.
The room itself is spacious with plenty of storage space and a double bed, but I am offering this to a SINGLE PERSON ONLY and this is reflected in the amount of the rent.
This is a nice home for the right person, preferably someone who likes classical music and has a daytime job during normal working hours (this house is not suitable for shift workers).
