My brother is studying, so looking to rent for up to 2 years (scope to extend nearer the time). Open to short lets too.

Fully furnished upstairs, in a marionette with a private garden, free parking and a park at the end of the road. Lots of green spaces/woods nearby and a puregym 5mins walk away.

Never rented the flat before but great Airbnb reviews, to look at.

We are house proud and looking for a professional who looks after their space. No children please.

No space for garden picture but a large open space, with artificial grass for a tidy space.
