We need a Housemate! double room to rent

The Bedroom

We are a young(ish!) same-sex couple in South Croydon with a double furnished room to rent. The room has a double bed, side table and a built in wardrobe.

The house is on a cul-de-sac and is a two minute walk to South Croydon train station and a 10/15 minute walk to East Croydon. We have two cats and a slightly crazy but loveable Jack Russell.

We are both movie geeks and probably spend too much of our time watching Netflix on week day evenings, but on weekends we like socialising with friends and going away to visit family etc. I (David) work for a housing charity in Croydon and my partner Joe works for a digital media company in Brighton.

We are clean and tidy and we would like/hope our housemate to be the same. An ideal housemate for us would be someone who we can hopefully become friends with, rather than someone who spends all their time in their bedroom. That's only an ideal though so if you would prefer to keep yourself to yourself that would be fine. Although the bedroom is furnished we would be happy to remove the furniture if needed.
