Single room for rent 5 min from Staines center

Bedroom available 5 min from Staines town center, in very quiet neighbourhood.
You have 3 min to Staines train station, 5 min to the main bus station and 5 min away from Iceland, Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury...

The reason for this room being available is that my housemate who lived here for 5 years got married and is moving out.

The house has a very friendly dog and the other 2 housemates (me included) you will find are very friendly also and very sociable.

If you are not comfortable around dogs please DO NOT contact me.
I'm looking for someone who cleans after themselves and is tidy. 3 months minimum stay

In the room's price of 590 the wifi is included.

The other bills like gas, electric will be split into 3 (so that would probably add another 40 to 50£ a month on top of the room price).
