Looking for someone to stay for 2 months in my 1bed flat while I'm away. The landlord lives in the flat on the ground floor and will be around to help if needed. The rent is much higher, but because all my stuff will be in the flat I'm happy to let it for a lower price to cover some expenses at least. WiFi and bills all in. Free parking is available on the street. Very quiet area, clean and cozy flat. Looking for someone who will take care as his own home.
