Bedroom in Cobham Cottage

I have a lovely spare room available in my small cottage in Stoke d’Abernon, just a short walk from Cobham station. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable king-size bed and would suit someone looking for a calm, welcoming place to stay. The room has sole use of the family bathroom as I have an en-suite.

I live here on my own with my very friendly dog and work in London three days a week, with the remaining two days spent working from home. I’m open to a Monday–Friday lodger, a short-term stay, or something longer-term if we’re a good fit.

This is very much a home rather than a traditional house share, so I’m looking for someone clean, tidy, and considerate who will treat the space with care.

A little about me: outside of work I spend time with friends and family, enjoy eating out, going for drinks, and long dog walks. At home, I love interior design (always finding some DIY to do), cooking and watching reality TV. I’d really like to find a housemate who’s friendly and happy to socialise occasionally, but who also has their own life and routine.
