Our shared areas include a large living room and a smaller reception room that is ideal for laundry storage. There are three bathrooms in the house, one on each floor, plus one en-suite in one of the bedrooms downstairs, so it is never busy. The kitchen is well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. One complimentary parking space is also available for an estate-sized vehicle.
To secure the rental, we ask for a deposit equal to one month's rent.
