Fresh and clean single room. This single room is on the ground floor of townhouse has wc/shower room opposite which is shared with just one other. Has large TV installed on wall and plenty of storage. Overlooks the garden. Full use of the open plan lounge kitchen area on the middle floor. The house is clean bright and airy with welcoming decor and all mod cons. Plenty of parking available in the road. 5-10 mins walk to Sunbury Rail station. 235 Bus from top of the road, or other buses 5-10 walk to sunbury cross. Room is available for short term let for working professional. All bills included. We have one cat (who thinks he's a dog! 🤪) Relaxed friendly approach to things.......
