Large Double room available in a spacious 2 bed flat with very high ceilings. There is a large bathroom which would be mostly for you (I have an en suit) There is some green communal space out back along with a parking space I never use.

Flat is 6-7 mins walk from Surbiton Station (18 mins to Waterloo, 5 mins to Wimbledon) and 15 mins walk to Kingston. A Salisbury's is across the road.

The bedroom contains a brand new bed and large inbuilt wardrobe, a chest of draws and a shelf unit.

There is a nice pub across the road as well as lots of shops, a wine bar, cafe's etc. It's 4 mins walk to a large park.

Sharing with one male 28 y/o professional. I'm friendly and easy going. Tidy but not a neat freak. I'm busy most weekends but happy to share a meal, a drink or a funny story on a weekday.
