Excellent loft double room in a fantastic house

Double bedroom available in a fully refurbished, three-story, four-bedroom house. The total number of people living here is three. NO COUPLES, please. If you like quality and attention to detail, then this house could be the perfect place for you.

Spacious double loft room furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe with sliding doors and desk. A modern shower room is next door which will be shared with one other.

There is an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer, two built-in ovens (one a microwave combi), as well as two fridges and a tap with Brita filtered water. All appliances are high-end German - Bosch and Neff. There is a shared TV/sitting room/conservatory and a spacious garden too.

Easy access to the A3 and Surbiton station is a short bus-ride away. M&S and Sainsbury's local are closeby, as is Kingston with all its shops, restaurants, the Rose Theatre and cinemas.

The room would suit a professional, or a mature post grad student. It would definitely not suit a partying type...and no couples please. I have two young, friendly cats, so there is no room for more pets. Cat lovers most welcome!

I am a live-in landlord and had this house refurbished to a high standard in late 2018. I am very tidy and considerate. Someone who cleans up after themselves, especially in the kitchen is extremely important to me. I am friendly, but will also respect your privacy. We have a regular cleaner (no extra cost to you). There is a £10 monthly contribution to pay towards household essentials.

I am a professional classical pianist and teacher, and sometimes teach/work from home. You won't really hear the piano from the loft, two floors up.

ALL BILLS are included, as is high speed internet. There is free, on-street parking in the road. No smokers please.

The room is available from Saturday 13th August. There could be some flexibility with this date - please ask.
