I’m looking for a professional (or couple - although rent increase) in a very light and bright room in leafy Surbiton.
The living room is very spacious with double aspect windows. A large television and sky tv.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, drawers and cupboard as well as plenty of external storage space.

All bills are included in the rent!

I’m often in town during the week, so you’d essentially get the flat to yourself in the evenings.
I’m an actor and I work from home a lot.

I’m looking for someone tidy, friendly and who enjoys a good glass of wine.
