Friendly house share Surbiton

Hey!

I am looking for two people to join my house in Surbiton.

Both bedrooms are doubles with private use of their own bathroom. They are furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, under bed storage drawer & mirror.

The house is light & modern with plenty of living space. There is a kitchen/living area with a dining table & sofa as well as a separate TV room & a private garden with table and chairs.

There is also a utility room in the basement with a washer/dryer and additional storage space.

I'm Sam, a young professional with a passion for travel and enjoying life. I like to stay fit and active in my spare time & also have a busy social life, in usual circumstances. I'm a relaxed and easy going individual and am looking for like minded people to join.

Ideally you will have your own interests and network of friends but will also enjoy spending time in the house, perhaps cooking and socialising together and will want to form a strong bond to create a warm & friendly atmosphere.

I'm available for viewings anytime and am happy to send additional pictures/videos of the house should you require.
