Set on the 2nd floor, this Victorian conversion flat offers accommodation for three/four people. The room available is a single bedroom. Neutrally painted and wooden flooring. One large window that allow for plenty of sun during the morning. Good quality bedroom furniture.

Situated on the main road, the property is within easy reach of Kingston and Surbiton town. The bus stop is literally on the doorstep, with regular buses taking you into the town and Surbiton station.

Local amenities include newsagent, cafes, gas station and most importantly a Tesco’s Direct for that last minute food purchase. Surbiton station is 1 mile away, which is a bus journey of 7 minutes and 8 minutes by bicycle. 20 minutes gets you into London Waterloo from the station. Car parking is available in the inner sides of streets.

-Please be sure to be considerate when using the bathroom, not the nicest thing to mention but it’s the main cause of issue in a house share. No more than 15 minutes per visit, cleaning all signs of human use from the bath tub and toilet.
-This will be your sanctuary a place for rest and recoup after a hard day’s work. As we live in shared accommodation, it is important to keep the noise down.
