To Surbiton station - about 5 mins by bus (very frequent, and then 15 minutes on the fast train to Waterloo station). Walking takes about 12-15mins to Surbiton station. Great connections via buses to Kingston/ Epsom/ Tolworth/ Hounslow/ Chessington...

The room is currently offered furnished but this can be discussed - different furniture will be in place for the move in date.

The flat is ground floor and includes :
Bathroom with both bath and shower.
Kitchen with lots of storage space, washer/drier combo.
Use of living room (note this is already fully furnished though by current occupant).
Double glazed and central heated throughout.
Very large communal garden.

Looking for a relaxed, clean and quiet professional/ mature student (ideally with a Monday-Friday work schedule) who is happy to be sociable in the living room, but also values having their own space after a long day.

The current flatmate is moving to be closer to family.

Monday-Friday let would be considered, and a discount would be applied for this.
LGBTQ+ friendly. Vegan/vegetarian preferred (but not a deal breaker!!).
Happy to consider small pets, but no cats/dogs (sorry!).
No couples.
