It is a 15 minute walk to Surbiton station and 5 minutes to Berrylands station. It is also comfortably between Kingston and Surbiton town centres for easy shopping access.

All current housemates are students studying at Kingston university. They are warm, open, understanding, and easy to communicate with. The house is in a quiet area and the occupants are social but not loud.

Housemates share a Virgin Wifi account for broad band at a reasonable price, and water/electricity bills are reasonable.

Ideally we are looking for fellow students at the university to fill the room, We are all art students but are more than happy to live with students from other courses. We come from a range of studying years (1 and 3) and as such have no preference for anyone looking to join us. However we will also accept non students aswell. We are looking for someone to move in as swiftly as possible, the room is already prepared and cleaned.
