Big double room in Surbiton High Street

Hi , I’m looking for a flatmate to take over my room as I will be moving out soon.

The room is very big and comes with a built in double wardrobe , double bed , desk , night stand.

The bills ate not included but come out at 100 pound per month +/- depending on time of year.

Deposit is 500 pounds , paid to me as I have paid the person who was living here 2 years ago when I moved in . You will get your deposit back when you decide to move out from the person you will find for the room . This system is in place in order to make sure that people find a replacement for them instead of just disappearing with no notice.
Landlord is aware of this and you can talk to him about in case you are worried.

The flat is situated on Surbiton High Street , right above Headmasters , so everything that Surbiton has to offer is within seconds of walking .

The flat has 1 shared bathroom and 1 shared kitchen .
The kitchen is quite big and has a separate fridge and freezer so there is plenty of space .

There is an additional small room which can be used for storage and/or drying your clothes.

Ideally looking for someone who is considerate and tidies up after himself .
There are no strict rules for the flat , to each his own as long as you are mindful and considerate of the other flatmates.

Unfortunately no students , as the other flatmates need help with the council tax bill .

I have to move out due to personal reasons but for how big the room is and where is situated this price is an absolute bargain . Message me here for viewings or other questions .
