My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone to take over the room. The move in is date is mid-November, but there is some flexibility.

This is a beautiful, very spacious double with an en-suite bathroom, in excellent condition. The room comes unfurnished with built in wardrobe (great chance to decorate it according to your taste!) but the rest of the flat is fully furnished.
There is loads of storage space in the flat as well, a back garden for the whole apartment building, and one off-street parking space allocated to us round the back.
The flat is situated in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood, 5 minutes walking distance from Surbiton town centre with loads of bus stops and stores. The flat is also a 8 minute walk from Surbiton railway station, with fast trains to London city centre.

The rent for the room is £650 a month, which includes water. Other monthly bills are approx.:

£24 for electricity and gas
£13 for internet
£124 for council tax (over 10 instalments).

So overall, it's approx. £800 over 12 months. It's a new, warm and cozy flat, in very good condition.

The Rental contract and the references are managed by the letting agency.
