We have two bedrooms available in a large house with lovely interiors.

The house has a double garage, a large living room, a dining room, a large kitchen-breakfast room, utility room/pantry, downstairs WC, beautiful gardens, and extra storage cupboards. We also have a King Charles Cavalier.

Room 1 - Double with en suite and fitted wardrobe. Unfurnished. Available Nov 9th.

Room 2 - Double with shared large bathroom, unfurnished. Available from Dec 14th

The house is on the border of Long Ditton and Surbiton and is a nice 5-10 min walk away from Surbiton station, Waitrose/Sainsbury’s and some nice restaurants. We are also sandwiched between two parks. Despite proximity to local amenities, the road is very peaceful.

We are four close friends who are looking for someone like minded. We are fun and relaxed but take pride in our home. We would like someone who is happy to mix and be social with us but also respects that we need our space sometimes too. We would like someone who is easy going, respectful and clean.

The price of the room includes all bills, including a weekly cleaner and some household amenities such as toilet roll, kitchen roll and a few other kitchen staples.
