We are looking for someone to let this room as our housemate has moved back to there country. It will be a short let on a month by month basis. Looking for someone to cover this room until our tenancy ends.
We are three easy going guys, one of us has a young child who visits on a weekly basis (this room is far away from that one so don't worry about noise). We all work 48 hours a week as well (sometimes more) so we will not all ways be in the house.
Our last tenant was female so we know how to accommodate for both sexes 😊.
We also have an in house gym that you are more than welcome to use! We live on Berrylands high street with a train station, pub, off license and bus stop very close by.
There are smokers in the household but they only smoke outside!
The let will be short let (2/4 months) and this is reflected in the price of the room, perfect if you need a place immediately but just haven't found the right one yet.
