Large double room in big river road flat

Hi there,

My current flatmate is moving out and the landlord has said I can find a replacement.

We have a large 2 bed flat, with a huge living room, a garden, bathroom (with shower + bath - please note pic only shows the bath) and kitchen on a river road in Surbiton. 10 min walk to station, 2 min walk to the river. There are only 3 other flats in the building and everybody is really friendly and we have a house group chat for things like deliveries etc.

It's a quiet property, no children currently live here.

Surbiton station under 10 min away.
Kingston 10-15 min walk via the river.
River 2 mins away.
Sainsburys, waitrose etc all within 10 min walk.

Your room is a large double room, it can be furnished or unfurnished. There is furniture here you can have if you want, or we can take it and you can furnish the room yourself. The picture does not do the size justice.

Large shared garden that is well maintained.

About me: I am a friendly professional working for the NHS, like to hang out but also happy to keep to ourselves. I work from home a lot.

There currently is a cat at the property although they will eventually leave when my flatmate leaves.

Bills not included, approx £150 or so a month. Fast wifi for wfh.

Please note: rent is non negotiable as you would be taking over my flatmates part of the lease, so the contract is already in place. Start date is flexible. End date of the lease is 22nd Sept 22.
