The flat is 1 minute away by walk to Surbiton Station, where you can go to Central London in 20-25 minutes.
It’s 10-15 minutes away to Kingston by bus.
It’s including 1 free parking area all the time!
It’s near all the grocery shops and restaurants in Surbiton.
The most important thing, kitchen has a dishwasher as no one likes to wash the dishes 😅.
The current tenant is my friend who’s not in the UK at the moment.
So, you will stay by yourself in the flat for around 2 months :)
