5-7 minute walk to Surbiton railway station - 20 minutes into Waterloo. I can get door-to-door into the City in about 45 minutes. Superfast. Surbiton Station is zone 6.
Very close to the high street with various shopping - Waitrose and Sainsburys very close along with loads of great bars and food places.
The flat is just off St Andrews Square on Maple Road, which is stunning. The local shops and Bars on Maple Road are often quoted as "Surbiton Village" due to the feel of the place.
Looking for a professional Monday - Friday only, weekend stays can be agreed upon through discussion.
I have my 12-year-old daughter stay with me every 2nd wkend and she visits for dinner on a Wednesday. I also share access to 2 small dogs, who are with me during the day occasionally, so you have to be ok with dogs.
The ideal person I would like to share with is a professional, in work, aged 35+
