Great Surbiton Flat close to High Street & Station

My flatmate has decided to move a bit further south so am on the lookout for someone to take a large double in this lovely Surbiton flat.

Flat:
It is very homely and is a really good standard to what you find elsewhere for your money in London.
2 good sized doubles, bathroom, big lounge and separate kitchen.
Access is from rear of shops which it sits above.
We are top floor above our lettings agents which is handy as they are super responsive.
Parking is on street via resident permit which is pretty cheap.
No cleaner so responsibilities shared by tenants.

Room:
Big double room, all furnished with massive wardrobes and chest of drawers, double glazed also.

Me:
Have been in the flat 6 months, love Surbiton for it's very relaxed pace.
I work as a Project Manager in Central and work from home 2.5 days a week.
When not working I am usually riding bikes, running, in the gym or out with pals for food/beers or some sort of gig.
Do visit home in Birmingham too quite regularly.
Party days are behind me, so definitely more a chilled 2 beer pub guy these days.

Flatmates:
Hoping to find someone of similar ilk in terms of lifestyle, who wants a relaxed place to call home.
The flat is great but small'ish so important we both have consideration for the other.
No preference on girl or guys, just somebody who get on with well.
I guess would work well if someone also works in office a couple of days a week too, but not a dealbreaker.

Availability:
The tenancy is due to start 3 June 2024 BUT we are hoping that this can be brought forward to 1st May so don't be put off.
Landlord and Agents are great BTW.
