Extra large double £700 per calendar month (Taken)

Double rooms in recently refurbished house with shared kitchen and common area and 3 full bathrooms so no waiting when getting ready in the morning.

Each room has wardrobe, bed, mattress, desk, chair and storage unit (soft furnishings and other staging items in pictures not included).

The house has a large landscaped garden and there is parking for residents only on the drive. Washing machine and tumble dryer on premises.

The property is strictly non-smoking - both inside and garsen areas are non-smoking.

THE AREA:
The property is less than 10 minutes bus ride from Penrhyn Road Campus an 5 mins to Surbiton station with 24hr bus stop in front of the house: The following buses stop outside the house: 65, 71, 465, 671, K1 and K4. There is also and a Tesco supermarket with ATM/Petrol station only 2 mins away plus takeaway food outlets.

TENANCY REQUIREMENTS:
- Students only (must qualify for Council tax exemption Certificate)
-Deposit required (refundable at the end of tenancy, subject to any damage deductions) Deposit is 5 weeks rent
- Monthly rental paid in advance
- Guarantor required

BILLS:
Water, Gas, Electric and high speed Virgin Media broadband internet included. Students are exemption form council tax on receipt of exemption from from your college.

HEALTH & SAFETY:
The property meets Kingston Councils stringent health and safety criteria. The Gas and Electrical safety check certificates are in place and can be provided on request.
