Sadly one of our current flatmates is moving out and we are looking for a fantastic replacement. We are renting a bright and comfortable double room in a large house share.
Berrylands train station is a 5 minutes walk from the house and Surbiton town center is a 15 minute walk. We live in a very quiet leafy street with free on street parking.
About us... We are 4 people in the house, 2 Spanish teachers, a lovely English girl working on marketing research and a South African guy who works for TFL. During the week we are really quiet as we work long hours, but in the weekends we enjoy to spend time together either by having a BBQ outside or having a glass of wine while watching NETFLIX.
About you... We are looking for a professional who is tidy and clean but also someone who is looking for a home to live and not just spend time in their rooms, someone sociable.
