Hi I'm looking for an easy going professional to rent a lovely double bedroom in my house mon to fri at £475 pcm.

The room is available on a mon to fri basis, however I am also able to offer flexibility with this so give me a call to let me know what you’re looking for (eg. staying the odd weekend / Sunday evening for a pro rated price). Short term lets are available from 1 week.

The room is furnished with a king sized bed and one chest of drawers. Happy for personal items to be left in the room over the weekend.

The whole house has recently been renovated including two brand new bathrooms, new flooring throughout and a lovely large large kitchen / diner (see photo) with bifold doors overlooking a south west facing garden.
The room comes with shared use of the upstairs family bathroom.

Location of the house is very quiet, near the river and very close4 to the Nuffield gym on Portsmouth Road with a 15 min walk or 5 min bus (or bike) into Surbiton train station (fast trains to Waterloo).

All bills included with fibre broadband plus use of washing machine and tumble dryer.
