Single Room In 4 Bed House - Kingston Uni

We are 3 students at Kingston University studying nursing and forensic psychology looking for a student to occupy a single room in our 4 bed house.
The room is small but comes fully furnished with a single bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers and additional storage space and a wardrobe on the landing.
We have 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen complete with all cooking utensils to share and a living room with TV, sofa, dining table and chairs.
We have a small patio area and garden complete with BBQ which we will use for parties in the summer.

We all get on really well and would love to have another flatmate to share our home. We are looking for either a student or a professional as the house is let on a room by room basis so this will not affect our council tax exemption. We enjoy a trip to Spoons on the regular, going out a few times a week and playing along to The Chase at 5pm every evening.

If you enjoy the odd night out and living with us in a friendly laid-back house, this is the place!

We are looking for someone to stay until September 2018, when we will renew our contract and ideally have you renew with us for another year!
