We are a young, professional couple looking for a new housemate. We are offering a single within a peaceful and welcoming 2 bedroom flat. This flat is a few minutes walk from Sutton Station and Sutton high street. It is a perfect location for commuters or someone who likes to be near local shops, gyms and resturaunts. In the bedroom there is a built in wardrobe, shelves, pull out double bed, bedside cabinet and lamp.
Bills and WiFi are included in the price. We also have a garage which can be used for storage of luggage etc.
The flat is quiet, welcoming and clean. There is a shared living room, bathroom and a kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer.
We are both very relaxed but it is important to us that the flat feels relaxed, tidy and a nice place to be. We are busy people and are at work during the day. We also go out some evenings (2-3) and at weekends we often visit friends/ family.
My husband and I enjoy cooking, tv box sets, being in the outdoors and spending time with friends.
