Lovely bright and airy double room available with large built in wardrobes. Includes weekly cleaner of communal areas.

5min walk to Sutton Common station and Sutton High street or 13min walk to Sutton Station with easy trains into City centre or Wimbledon. Easy bus routes into Morden. Sharing with only one other person.

My home is a 3 bed house in the lovely location in Sutton near the high street, parks and station. House is on small road so fairly quiet but with all conveniences. Permit parking out front.

The house has three bedrooms in total (one used as a study and guest room), one bathroom, open plan living/dining room and patio garden.

Am an easy going, friendly and quiet lass looking for a flatmate to share the home with me. Am a professional so work steady hours in the city and would prefer the same. I share my home with two very friendly rescue cats from Abu Dhabi. I like gin, friendly chats and am a keen outdoors photographer so out and about a lot if I’m not studying for my next professional exam.

Would welcome an easy going, friendly about my age to share the house with. Must be a professional, neat and tidy, respectful and don't mind friendly kitties. Will need to pass previous tenancy reference checks.

Broadband is included and tv can be set up separately in bedroom or sharing of Virgin media in living room. Utilities also included within a limit.
