Hello!
I'm Joshua and I have a room available for rent in Sutton, Surrey.

The house is a two bedroom, one bathroom semi-detached located at the bottom of the Highstreet. You have a giant Sainsbury's or Asda within a 5 minute walk, a number of gyms and the train station is a 10 minute walk away with great connections to London or Horsham and everything in between.

The kitchen and bathroom are brand new and fully equipped with all mod cons apart from a tumble dryer.. There is off-street parking available. There is a garage which is being used as a workshop, so this may be good for you if you're into your DIY or Arts&Crafts!

The room is for single occupancy with a double bed, wardrobe, storage cupboard, bedside table, bedside lamp, television point and the room overlooks the garden area. Additional furniture could be provided if needed.

About me: I'm a 28 year old male professional. Currently working from home (as you can see from the dining table). Most days after work I'll either be going out for a cycle or relaxing at home in front of the telly. I enjoy listening to music and learning new instruments (not loudly, don't worry). This house would best suit someone looking for a quite place to live, a warm place to eat and a creative space to ponder.

Rent would be £500 and bills usually amount to just under £70 per month. A one month deposit will be required and a minimum stay of 2 months.
