(PLEASE READ FULL ADD) — Very nice fully furnished double room for single use in Cheam (SM2), 3 min walk to train station. Double-bed, TV and good space for one person. Short-term considered, but preferably long-term renters.

We are a couple both over 40’s (44 and 46) professionals, friendly and quiet. We are looking for someone nice, friendly, reliable and TIDY. In our house we clean after ourselves at all times.

The flat is located literally 3 min walk to Cheam Station with links to London Victoria and London Bridge. In 3 minutes you can reach Sutton where you have lots of other links to central London, Waterloo, Clapham Junction, etc.

The flat has a large living room with sofa, TV and work/dinner table. Plus you have your own fridge in the kitchen.

Please bear in mind that we live in a QUIET building in a QUIET area. No loud noises are allowed in the flat after 10pm. This is non-negotiable.
