I have a bright, spacious double bedroom available in my house for the right lodger. It is on the 7th floor with some lovely views - you can see the Shard from the living room!
The room comes with a built-in wardrobe (as shown in the photos), and an ottoman bed with mattress. It also comes with the desk and chair as in the photo.
The flat is ideally located just a short walk from Sutton station, offering direct train links to Wimbledon, Victoria, and beyond – perfect for commuting professionals.
Professionals preferred, please. Occasional working from home is absolutely fine, but the space isn’t suitable for full-time or mostly remote working.
There’s residents' parking available, and as I don’t currently have a car, you’re welcome to use the space (though I may need it in future – no plans yet).
There’s also a garage available for storage, free to use and some some additional storage cupboards too if some is required.
The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
All bills are included in the rent.
