A maisonette that's been fully renovated, just adding the final touches, all new kitchen, bathroom, spare room is all new bed, wardrobe, mattress, duvet, thermal curtains and flooring etc. Everything in the property was ripped out.

I'm only there rarely in the day and some nights leaving warly morning. It will be like living alone with one less room.

100m2 garden, you can do as you want with the garden, I've never used it. Happy to discuss a rent discount if you want to make changes to the garden as it helps. It can be a nice place for you to chill or your pets to enjoy. Tenants choice on that.

There are some final touches to do, as you can see there are some boxes I need to dispose of.

I have a wall mount bracket for a TV ready to get put up.

Bills are included, these are Water, Internet (full fibre 1Gbps), Council Tax, ground rent, electric is included upto £75 a month (this is will more than cover standard living), no TV licence is included if you'd like to watch BBC etc, you'll need to purchase this.
