The apartment is a modern penthouse and the room is a bright and airy double bedroom, with a spacious en-suite shower room. The room comes fully furnished with a fitted wardrobe, a double bed and mattress and chest of draws. Cable TV (in lounge) and wifi included in rent.

The apartment is in Sutton, Surrey. It is ideally located at the top end of Sutton, a 5 minute walk from Sutton station and shops. The location is ideal for a commuter.

Sutton station has links to London Victoria within 30 minutes (Southern) and also has Thames Link lines to the City (Zone 5). It is within a quiet road which also has the option for residential permit parking if required. There are plenty of shops nearby, including M&S and fashion brands in the high street.

The monthly rental is £650 including bills for a Monday to Friday let. My new flatmate will have access to the common areas of the home, living area and kitchen. Ideally, I am looking for professional non-smoking single preferably a commuter, no couples to apply please.
