Looking for a professional who is able to slot into our house well. 10-15 mins drive into epsom, 45-60 mins into central London. Ideally looking for a professional that needs a room mon-fri however happy to discuss further with someone who needs 7 day a week too. We are extremely welcoming and very easy to get along with. All bills included (excluding food) and broadband is available. This room will be furnished and will include a TV. Car parking available too really lovely area to live in. Close to local amenities such as bus stop at the end of the road, rain station 5 mins away and local shops 10 min walk.
