PLEASE READ: When inquiring, please introduce yourself specifying age, nationality, job/company, intended length of stay, reason for moving from your last place and if you houseshared before.

EXCLUDED BILLS: the rent includes all bills apart from gas, electricity, water, a weekly cleaner (4hrs week) and cleaning products. So that you can expect to live in a comfortable, clean and stylish house who would feel like home.
The above bills are equally split in 3 (based on the number of occupiers) and you need to factor ca £150 average per month in addition to the base rent. You get back whatever not spent as bills are more expensive in winter and cheaper in summer.

Easygoing and professional house.

The room: Large double room, with plenty of sunlight and desk to work from home. The bathroom is shared only with one other housemate.

The ideal flatmate would be a professional either working locally (eg Toyota, Pfizer, Fidelity, Legal & General, Canon, Children Trust, or the local hospital/schools) or commuting into London.
Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the house like if it would be their home.

The house has a spacious kitchen/dining, with a big American style fridge, and plenty of cupboards and worktop space. Complete of washing machine, dishwasher, powerful oven, and varied cooking equipment and cutleries (with special wine glasses too), so whilst welcome, you won't need to supply any of your own. We have a big garden too with decking, hammock, BBQ.

Super fast WiFi and cable TV, we also have a xbox which is seldom used (which you are free to use). Off road parking is also available, alternatively there is plenty of parking on the street or the leisure centre car park across the road.
The leisure centre across the road is great, with a nice swimming pool and gym facilities.

The bedroom is large, quiet view over the park. It's furnished with a queen size bed, luxury mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, office desk and chair. The room is very quiet, cozy and great sunlight exposure.
