Hi my name is Fiona and I have a large, fully fitted, double bedroom with en suite for rent in a first floor flat that is situated right in the centre of the Thames Ditton Conservation Area. All the shops and restaurants that Thames Ditton has to offer are right on the doorstep. The flat is beautifully furnished, bright and warm and clean. You would have full use of the lounge, well equipped kitchen (inc. new washing machine and dishwasher) and dining areas.

I am a four minute walk from Thames Ditton Station (Zone 6) where you can get to Waterloo in 38 minutes or change at Surbiton (one stop away from Thames Ditton) and change on to the fast train which is a 15 minute train ride into Central London. I am a five minute drive from the A3 or 10 minutes from Kingston-upon Thames and 20 minutes from Junction 10 on the M25.

All bills and wi-fi are included and secure bicycle storage is available if required.

I am a full-time professional working in the Construction industry in East London and have had a variety of lodgers to stay very successfully and happily over the past five years.

I have a small Jack Russell, Minnie, who is extremely friendly so any prospective tenant must be happy to have her around but their room would be a dogless area (unless you invited her in!)
