Sunny Double Room in 2 bed Thames Ditton Flat

I'm looking for someone to take over my half of the lease here as I will be moving in with my partner soon. It's a modern 2 bed flat in a great location right across from a bus stop and park, only a short walk into the center of Thames Ditton and an easy commute to Surbiton or Kingston. My current roommate is a student with two cats, and she is looking for a female roommate preferably. There is a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom as well as a garden attached to the kitchen, which is only shared with one neighbor. We furnished the apartment ourselves and some of the photos were taken prior to that, but there is furniture now. The bed and wardrobe are staying in the bedroom, and I'm open to leaving some of the other furnishings as well depending on your preference. The landlady required the rent paid in 6 month increments rather than monthly, but for working professionals she's open to doing monthly payments.
