Weekday lodger to stay with me and Willow!

Recently renovated house, 10mins walk to Carshalton station which will get you to London Victoria in under 35mins.

You’ll have access to the living room, bathroom and kitchen with the room for rent on the first floor.

Lots of amenities close by:

- Sainsbury’s Local, : 2 min walk
- Gym, Post Office, M&S, Petrol station, takeaways and restraunts: 5- 6min walk
- Grove Park: 10-15min walk
- Carshalton Village with a range of supermarkets & resraunts, leisure centre and theatre: 15mins walk
- St Helier Hospital: 25 min walk
- Sutton High Street: 30min walk/ 24 min by bus

Willow is a 3 yr old small Boston Terrier, who is very friendly, hardly ever barks and loves to play and sleep! She will not be allowed access to your room unless invited.

The room is currently set up as a guest bedroom/ upstairs living room with a ‘click clack’ sofa bed and a mattress topper.

In the room you’ll have a:
- TV,
- cupboard/wardrobe,
- chest of drawers
- and a small fridge (optional).

I’m looking for a fellow, office based, professional who needs the room Monday-Friday.
